Refund Policy & Subscription Terms

Because SokaFundi provides real-time digital intelligence, mathematical match models, and VIP betslip content that is unlocked and consumed instantly upon payment, our subscription transactions are governed by the following refund guidelines.

1. General Policy for Digital Deliverables

Once a Mobile Money PIN prompt is completed and digital VIP access has been enabled on your account dashboard, subscription purchases (including Daily Kabanda, 2-Day Pass, Weekly Rush, Fortnight Pro, Monthly Master, and Quarterly Elite Passes) are generally non-refundable. Match outcomes and wagering results do not form grounds for subscription refunds.

2. Eligible Technical Refund Conditions

Refunds or account subscription extensions are granted under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: Where a telecom or network glitch executes multiple deductions for a single purchase.
• System Downtime: Unscheduled platform outages exceeding 12 consecutive hours during active match schedules.

3. Dispute Submission

To request a payment review, email support@sokafundi.com within 48 hours of transaction completion with your registered phone number, telecom transaction reference, and account email. Valid claims are resolved within 24 to 72 business hours.
