1. Digital Content Non-Refundability

Due to the instant accessibility of VIP predictions, single-match analyses, and betslip accumulator bundles, subscription payments processed via Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel, M-Pesa) or card are generally non-refundable once digital access has been unlocked.

2. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under the following limited conditions:

• Duplicate Payment Charges: If a technical glitch causes a double deduction on Mobile Money for a single purchase.
• System Outages: Prolonged platform downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours during major match schedules.

3. Claim Resolution Process
