Welcome to SokaFundi ("SokaFundi Intelligence," "we," "our," or "us"). SokaFundi is an advanced sports data analytics, computational probability modeling, and match intelligence platform. By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or purchasing digital subscription passes through www.sokafundi.com, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform usage immediately.
1. Scope of Service & Informational Nature
SokaFundi is an independent sports analytics publisher and data intelligence provider. We are not a bookmaker, sports wagering operator, casino, or gambling clearinghouse. We do not take bets, handle wagering stakes, broker gambling transactions, or share in any betting winnings or losses. All information, projections, Poisson probability distribution calculations, expected goals (xG/xGA) ratings, scoreline projections, and accumulator slips displayed on the platform are provided purely for entertainment, mathematical modeling, and sports analytical education.
2. Age Eligibility & User Warranties
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SokaFundi. By accessing our services or completing Mobile Money subscription checkouts, you warrant and represent that you meet all statutory age criteria and are legally permitted to view sports analysis under your local laws.
3. Account Security & Prohibited Activities
Registered users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials. Account sharing, commercial reselling, syndication, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution of SokaFundi proprietary prediction data or VIP slips via automated scripts, bots, or external channels is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate, non-refundable termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
All algorithms, database schemas, quantitative models, proprietary match ratings, UI layouts, copy, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of SokaFundi Intelligence Ltd. No material may be copied, reproduced, or broadcast without prior written authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SokaFundi, its developers, data analysts, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses, lost wagering stakes, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our predictions and statistical models. All wagering decisions are made solely at your own independent risk and discretion.
