1. Nature of Service & Information Disclaimer

We do not accept wagers, place bets on behalf of users, or process gambling transactions. 2. User Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Access to SokaFundi is restricted strictly to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By registering an account or subscribing via Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel Money, M-Pesa), you explicitly certify that you comply with age eligibility requirements under national legislation in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, or your country of residence.

3. Account Registration & Mobile Money Subscriptions

Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, or republishing of predictions is prohibited by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SokaFundi, its officers, developers, and partners shall not be held liable for any financial losses, lost stakes, indirect damages, or psychological distress incurred through sports betting or reliance on information provided on the platform.
